Terms & Conditions


Upon joining, your credit card will be charged for your membership and you will be issued your first selection. Membership fees, thereafter, will be billed to the credit card provided on the 1st of the month (based on membership). Any requests to change the payment method, membership
type, or address must be done in writing. (See Wine Club personnel for details).



Your wine selections will be available for pick up during Wine Club hours, once your payment has been processed. Wine Club members who have selected to have their selection shipped, will be charged appropriate shipping costs. Once payment has been processed, selections will be shipped within 5 business days.



Due to certain state laws prohibiting the shipment of alcohol across state lines, membership can only be granted to in the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IO, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, RI, TX, VA, WA, WV, WI An adult signature is required for all wine shipments. Any shipments that are returned as undeliverable will be reshipped upon request at the member’s expense.



Socials are exclusive to the member only plus spouse or one guest. Member must be present with spouse / guest at check-in and accompany them at social. Member admission to social is non-transferable. Member may bring additional guest for an additional charge. See Wine Club attendant
for rate.



I acknowledge that my membership requires a 3 month commitment (bi-monthly 6 months(. If I choose to cancel prior to my 3 month membership commitment I understand I will be charged for the balance of my membership.
